We will then ask to see some photos or arrange a site survey if necessary. Once you have decided on your spa we will email a quote to you. If you would like to go ahead with the order we ask for the quote to be signed and dated and emailed back along with a 50% deposit paid by bank transfer or credit card.

Our stock lists give us an indication of arrival times and we always carry some stock in case of emergencies so we can install a new spa tout suite if necessary!

Payment for your New Spa or Swimspa

We can accept all major credit and debit cards and transfers. Spa and swimspa purchases: a 50% deposit is required on order confirmation and the final payment must be made in cleared funds, prior to delivery.

Payment for your Sauna

Payment for our red cedar saunas is required in full on order. These saunas are flat packed and sent to your address. You can personally assemble them or depending on your location, our team can assemble them for you.

Barrel Saunas

Our new line of barrel saunas come fully assembled by the manufacturer They are delivered by lorry.

Delivery Charges

Spas can be delivered kerbside to your address or more usually you may require our expert delivery and installation service. Our team will arrive with the spa on the spa dolly and put the spa in place, install it to an existing electrical supply, fill it up and tell you the best way to care for your spa.

The price of delivery and installation varies as every single one is unique. This price is calculated depending on the equipment needed to install the spa: spa dolly, crane or even helicopter. Any lifting equipment used will be charged for seperately and at cost price. It is always necessary for you to organise a registered electrician to sign off the installation before use.
